Stephanie Dessi Kiley

Stephanie Dessi Kiley, OT, CLT

Born and raised in New York, Stephanie is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, with over fifteen years of experience.  She specializes in upper extremity orthopedics (neck, shoulder, arm, elbow, hand), and has a passion for helping breast cancer patients.

Stephanie obtained a Bachelors in Psychology in 1997, and Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2001.  She started her career as an Occupational Therapist in 2001 at Beth Israel Medical Center, where she founded the Lymphedema Rehabilitation Program.  She was one of the most sought after therapists at Beth Israel for seven years, where she saw more than 3,500 patients per year.  Stephanie opened a private practice in 2008, which has thrived over the past eight years.  She has a broad professional network within the local medical community, and speaks regularly on the topic of breast cancer recovery and Lymphedema at hospitals and facilities throughout New York City.

Erica Rodas, OTR/L, CLT

fullsizerenderErica Rodas is a licensed Occupational Therapist, and certified as a Lymphedema Therapist and Pilates Instructor. Erica received a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, where she focused on chronic pain and upper extremity rehab. Erica has helped many patients achieve successful outcomes by integrating multiple disciplines, including the mind, body and spirit.

Prior to joining, Erica did her clinical rotation in the oncology department at Spaulding Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and worked at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital. Erica tailors her treatments to each patient’s goals and unique circumstances. She is a strong advocate of patient education for condition prevention and management, and focuses on anatomical and postural alignment, incorporating Pilates, myofascial release, mindfulness and breathing work as appropriate.
